Minister Bill Cooper peacefully transitioned on March 6, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 10201 Flat Shoals Rd. Covington, GA 30014, Reverend Quin Baker, Pastor. Interment, Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Cooper will lie in-state at 9:30 A. M. Until the hour of service. The family will assemble his residence at 10:00A.M. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
He leaves to celebrate his life and legacy his loving wife, Mrs. Annie Ruth Cooper, four children, Mr. and Mrs. Andrea (Cynthia) Cooper, Mrs. Toni (Harvey) Chapman, Ms. Britley Jones, Ms. Whitley Jones, grandchildren, Jamarcus, Jamiria, Mittia, Asia, Sara, Payton, Carson, Carter, Parker, Harleigh, and Cree, six great-grandchildren, Jayla, Jakayla, Jayden, Jordayn, Tristain, and Jori, two sisters, Mrs. Maxine (Sammy) Driskell and Mrs. Lois (George) Marks, four brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny (Nadine) Cooper, Mr. Terrell Cooper, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Christeen) King and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry (Lanette) Cooper and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
