Mr. Derek Lavell Harris

Mr. Derek Lavell Harris of Oxford, Georgia entered eternal rest on Sunday, April 15, 2018. Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018, at 4:00 P.M. at Allen Memorial United Methodist Church, 803 Whatcoat Street Oxford, GA 30054 Rev. Josh Roberts, Pastor, Rev. Thomas R. Stegall, Eulogist, assisted by others. Interment, Oxford Historical Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories; five children, Derek Jr., Evetta, Damien, Desmon and Micca; eleven grandchildren; mother, Mrs. Vivian Harris; and a host of other relatives and special friends. The remains will lie in-state at the church from 2:30 P.M. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at the church at 3:30 P.M. "A Service of Dignity, A Trademark of Excellence"
