Funeral Service for Mr. Cullins will be held on Monday, November 27. 2017, 1:00 P.M. at Bethabara Missionary Baptist Church, 11392 Hwy. 36 Covington, GA 30014, Reverend Carl Jones, Pastor. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in-state from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour.
