Mr. Ernest Lee Shepherd

Mr. Ernest Lee Shepherd, age 81, Covington, GA 30014 entered eternal rest on December 31, 2019. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 100 Richardson St. Oxford, Georgia 30054, Rev. Charlie Williams, Pastor, Eulogist, assisted by others. Interment, Oxford Historical Cemetery.  He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory and legacy those he touched, one son, Mr. Michael L. Nolley; two daughters, Mrs. Travia (John) Glover and Ms. Erica Nolley; two grandchildren, Shirlia Williams and Kameron Bennett; one sister, Mrs. Mattie Mae Burnett; two brothers, Mr. L.B. Shepherd and Deacon & Mrs. Henry (Elizabeth) Shepherd; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Penny Shepherd and Mrs. Carrie Shepherd; a special friend, Mr. Odell Smith and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews cousins and friend. The remains will lie in-state at the church from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at 30 Trelawney Circle Covington, GA 30016 at 12:00 Noon. "A Service of Dignity, A Trademark of Excellence"
