He is survived by his brothers; Larry (Yvonne) Carter, Marvin Carter, Mickey (Frances) Carter, Rickey Carter and Jerry (Sonya) Carter; sisters, Blenda Carter, Otelia (Rodney) Carter and Olethia (Bo) Kincer and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
