Mr. Milias Lanier "Maceo" Sheppard of Covington, GA entered eternal rest on July 4, 2024. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, 1:00 P.M. at Sims Chapel Baptist Church, 61 Sims Chapel Rd. Covington, GA 30014. O. Quintodd Bryant, Pastor. Rev. Corey Anderson, Eulogist. Interment, Church Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at his residence at 12:00 Noon. Family and Friends Visitation will be held Friday, July 12th, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
He leaves behind a loving and caring daughter, Ms. LaBrittany Sheppard; step-son, Mr. Michael DeJuan Head; two grandchildren, Aiyana Dudley and Keilan Head; seven siblings, Mr. & Mrs. Charles (Teresa) Gilstrap, Mr. & Mrs. Earnest (Janice) Maddox, Jr., Mrs. Trellias Broughton, Mr. & Mrs. Robert (Beverly) Beasley, Mr. Curtis Maddox, Ms. Deborah Maddox and Mr. & Mrs. Dennis (Niecy) Benton; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, special cousins and friends.
