Mrs. Johnnie Mae Terrell peacefully transitioned on June 18, 2023. Home-Going Service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. at Grace United Methodist Church, 3145 Washington St. Covington, GA Revered Dr. Robert Lee Crawford, Sr.Pastor, Eulogist. Assisted by others. Interment, New Covington Cemetery. Family and Friends will assemble at her residence at 2:00 P.M. Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 21,2023 from 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
She leaves to cherish her memories; sons, Mr. Laster Terrell, Mr. John Bass Terrell, Jr., Mr. Terry Lee (Elaine) Terrell, Mr. Michael Wayne Terrell and Mr. Timothy James Terrell; daughters, Mrs. Barbara Terrell Humphrey, Mrs. Gracie T. Smith, Mrs. Anita L. Hampton and Ms. Nelda Lynn Terrell; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Mamie Green and Mrs. Sylvia Terrell; ninety-seven grandchildren, great and great grandchildren. Friends, Mrs. Jackie Terrell, Mrs. Beverly Terrell, Mrs. Gloria Ann Terrell, Mr. Rayford Cobb and Ms. Joyce Boswell and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other friends, and we can’t forget the children in the neighborhood.
