Mrs. Virginia Carr

Mrs. Virgina  Carr of 8127 Puckett St. Covington, GA entered eternal rest on May 9, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017, 11:30 A.M. at  Low Mosely Chapel Baptist Church, 3007 Davis Academy Rd. Rutledge, GA 30663, Reverend L.C. Brown, Pastor, Minister Larry Durden, Eulogist, Reverend Joseph Williams, Presiding, Assisted by Others. The remains will lie in-state from 9:00 A.M. until the service hour. Interment will follow service at the Union Springs Church Cemetery, 2730 Old Mill Road Rutledge, Georgia 30663. The cortege will assemble at the residence above at 10:30 A.M. Visitation, Thursday, May 11, 2017, 2:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Virginia will forever be remembered and will continue to hold a special place in everyone’s heart that knew her. She leaves to cherish her memories, loving and devoted daughters, Mrs. Anna Sims, Ms. Patsy A. Carr and Mrs. Cherry Griffin; son, Mr. & Mrs. Ricky (Sharon) Carr and a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren and countless other family and friends.
